I am working in a Automotive industrial Turnkey project and I have to exactly define the interfaces between vendors. Whats your best recomendation to do this process? Any template or best way to make it happen?

A time tested and easy tool for that is an NxN (N-squared) interface diagram. A matrix is created which can be created at the vendor level, system level, part level or whatever makes sense in your case. Flow of data is depicted in a clockwise fashion (e.g. Vendor A needs to give Vendor B power requirements). Each interface gets a numerical identifier, and a spreadsheet is created which includes: provider, receiver, deliverable (e.g. CAD model), and due date.

I do actually, but I will have to sanitize some information in it like names and actual WBS numbering before I send it. Otherwise it's meta-data rather than technical data, so you can see how it works without including anything proprietary.
