I am new to my position as a Senior Project Analyst. It is also a brand new role within my organization. I am looking for informal feedback.

What do you think a successful Senior Project Analyst looks like?

I managed a group of thirty employees years ago. I had specialists and senior specialists. The difference was the senior role meant more than one specialty. In the case of a project analyst, I could see having a financial, schedule or risk focus, for example. As a senior project analyst, I would expect you to be skilled in at least two of them.
