Dear PM.com community,
As a new user of PM.com, I'm still learning its functionalities. It is very impressive how you build the discussion and how many my real life dilemas you discuss. You've created here a lot of positive energy :-) A lot of material and your experience to read and analyse.
Newbie question: How you use networking in PM.com? Is this a tool or toy? I can't see any features in PM.com realated to networking.
Newbie observation: Do you think PM.com is missing PMwiki section? Which could collect a PM real life knowledge and experience in structured and interlinked way and of course community maintained.
Lastly, I owe you short introduction. I'm a systems architect and project manager (software mainly) in defence industry with 20 years experience in modern battlefield needs and challenges. Looking to the future and dreaming new ideas and better world.

Welcome, Przemyslaw!
There is a Wiki section. Look under the Knowledge and Tools menu!
From a networking perspective, you are able to build up your network here. How you use or leverage that is up to you. Some here will also look to connect on LinkedIn or share messages via the Inbox. No right or wrong way, unless its spamming :)
There are many ways to interact. Feel free to join in any of the discussions, read the articles, vote on active polls, etc.
Great to have you aboard. Always appreciate new members taking the time to introduce themselves. Have fun. Saving Changes...
Actually I am learning and developing my knowledge through the community and when I contributing with some comments it also encourage me to read/refer to guide/articles and e.t.c with respecting all participants and wish like you to develop this community to get best and updates features/functions as it under monitoring of PMI.
for example I did not know about there is a technical wiki until you point out. (so I learnt from your question), some times also I ask some questions/ideas/ practical experiences for community and they can contribute their thought.
lastly Yes, I agree with ,we looking forward to helping/contributing for this community to be creative/ initiative and the best one.

Welcome. There's a lot of good ways to network in this website. I find the best though come during virtual conferences such as PMXPO coming up in a few weeks as there's a great opportunity to chat.
One thing I love about this site is the number of diverse opinions and experiences. While this shouldn't replace your local chapter of PMI it's a great way to meet people outside it and ask questions that you might not always be able to ask Saving Changes...

Welcome!
I network through articles and webinars/online conferences. I read articles or discussions and normally look into the person's profile, reach out with additional questions or discussions I want to have with them.
There may be people I click with and want to stay in contact with more, so I will normally reach out via LinkedIn as well. Saving Changes...
