if the project manager ignore the planning engineer analysis what the best solution for this to avoid variance in plan ?

Ali Alghamdi Planning engineer| Engineering Administration Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Project manager is responsible about the project starting from signing him as a manger by main sponsor till he closes the project, if the planning engineer is part of the project team, he suppose to discuss the conflict issue with the project manager and show him where the problem is. But if the planning engineer in different department, he may report the issue to his director.
