I passed my PMP exam 2/1/2020, and while I am so happy that I did.

After taking the exam and doing really well on it my confidence as a PMP and shot through the roof!! Not in an arrogant way but to say, you know what Malika, there is no IMPOSTER syndrome here, you know what you're doing and you know the materials.

Has this ever been a feeling for you? Have you ever had to prove your worth even after the exam, no matter how many years of experience you have?

Bread box? You know about my previous projects? ;-)
I think it's safe to say we've all had our share of managing bread box projects.

We need these boosts to provide us with the energy and motivation to forge ahead. Use that energy and motivation to start planning your next bit of growth. Don't worry about BHAGs, pick something small that moves you to your next step in your learning.

Thanks Everyone,

some of the responses are a little far left that what I thought I would get, My post was meant to be about the exam and that feeling of accomplishment, not to question if newly certified PMs know how to do their job or not.
