Typically it is 1 PDU per 60 minutes

You should be claiming the time which you spent creating the presentation as well as that delivering it. So, if you spent one hour creating it and 30 minutes delivering it, you'd claim 1.5 PDUs.

This would be 0.5 for actually presenting, but make sure you include the prep time creating the content. As mentioned above it is 1 PDU for 60 minutes.

Don't short yourself. If you answered questions after your presentation, that time also gets included.
