Circular Economy and Supply Chain

Hi everyone: I was fortunate to present a bit back with Nila Vaishnav and Kate Milani on this topic and the need to get PMI folks to lead the change to a circular economy from a linear one. I want to tell you your thoughts, questions, and opinions were fabulous. But I'd like to push the conversation a bit further. How would you see a project manager leading that transition from a linear to circular supply chain? What would it look like as you are probably dealing not just with the company changing, but it's customers and suppliers?
