To be honest i did not have a lot of difficulties, I agree that several questions are in some way ambiguous, But reading Agile guide of PMBOK , some of the literature recommended by PMI like the art of estimation or how to plan a release by Mike Griffiths and a Kanban book to remember concepts was enough . It's true that i have already a good background in Agile specially in Scrum, and a good knowledge of Lean specially about Kaizen this was most helpful.
The most important is read the questions with attention and calm, at least for me worked 5 days with two a three hours of study 2 days to do practice tests and resulted in almost all above target, i found the exam very scrum oriented so i had no kind of problem with that.
So relax , read the recommenced books and be calm in the exam.
