I do not seem to be getting emails for the content I'm subscribed to. Is anyone else noticing the same? The issue seems to have started after the maintenance period Friday night.

Note: I have checked all the usual suspects; email removed from profile, spam, not subscribed, etc.

Issue seems to have been resolved.

I had also submitted a note via support. Whatever the issue was, must have recently resolved. I began to get a slew of old emails come through in quick succession.

Dear Andrew
Interesting your question
Thanks for sharing

Do you refer to email notification when someone writes in a post we created and / or where we participated?
I'm receiving these emails

It seemed to have affected both. Around 1430 today, looks like the email clog was cleared. I was receiving from Saturday morning to current

Seems to be all cleared up now!

Yes, the backlog was due to the maintenance that was performed Friday-Saturday morning. Should be clear now, but if you see any additional issues, please let us know!

Perhaps I just don't correctly understand the subscriptions. I find that if I subscribe to a "thread" (like this one) I get notifications just fine. If I subscribe to a community I get nothing. Is that normal.

Roy - Thanks for reaching out to clarify the subscription functionality.

The best way to ensure that you're able to receive ongoing updates about a specific discussion post is the discussion thread-level subscription. So happy to hear that's delivering the experience you expected!

Our product team is currently developing the functionality for topic-level subscriptions, tentatively scheduled for release later this month (November 2023), so community members can receive updates via email on specific topics (ex: AI) in the community discussions.

As a next step, we will post an announcement here on the community as soon as the feature is released and I'll also send you a personal email to make sure you're the first to know, as soon as it's live.
