I believe with the collaboration/servant leader for Agile team and the success of team is success of project. I also believe about the Agile team is moving through motion However I could not understand that they could not know about the right deliverables?

Please share me your thought.

It sounds like you have a team "doing" agile vs. understanding what agility really means and embracing the proper mindset and behaviors to go in conjunction with the practices.

This often happens when a team or company decides to change their delivery approach without the benefit of experienced guidance such as that provided by a legitimate agile coach and/or by leveraging the guidance in toolkits such as Disciplined Agile.

Kiron,

Yes, you are right, It is a big challenge to go with the transition process to Agile without getting full track material of Agile and getting support from higher management in our organization.
I was asking this question becuz I feel from day to day the world is going to Agile and (agile projects is increasing exponentially more than what I imagine).

It should be the responsibility of a Product Owner, or equivalent business stakeholder(s) to identify the right deliverables. That responsibility needs to be clear for your team(s) so that they know where to go to get decisions on business priorities.

I'll take another angle (although agree with Kiron), what do you mean by the "right deliverables"? Sound like there is a mismatch between what deliverables are desired (by customer/management/etc) vs delivered by your team?
Who tell the team what they should work on next?

As other mentioned the point is to understand what "the right deliverables" is. At the end everything you use inside your organization must be used as a solution to a existing problem, business problem or people problem. If you do not help people to understand this then people will not visualize the benefit and will think it is a cost, where cost and benefit are not monetary only.

There are no "right deliverables", only deliverables with more value than others.

It is not about "right deliverables" in the sense of output. It is about outcome in the sense of working functionality that is real and tangible with build-in quality. It is about transparency and a shared understanding between DevTeam and Product Owner. Clear sprint goals, ongoing collaboration related to refinement and self-management of the team are the key ingedients to generate the "right deliverables".
