(example: cross-functional teams of health professionals to support a predetermined amount of population)

Technology to provide information to multifunctional teams

Continue to do research and development

We also agree that it is necessary to develop empathy and all domains related to humanity (example: Principles and Values)

Its sounds like you are infavour of wearable technology.

Iphone and Iwatch already have the technology to constantly monitor you health and general wellbeing but I do not see anybody using this approach during the COVID-19 outbreak even though it is readily available and free to use.

I do not think empowering people to take control of their own health and wellbeing is the way to prevent the next outbreak. You would have so many issues with privacy and medical negligence could increase as a result.

Using AI to solve these problem may cut down on some of the grunt work but a better approach is still needed to prevent these outbreaks.

The solution would not only be suitable for a pandemic situation but for all situations related to our health

It would certainly relieve everything that is diagnostic (blood tests, tests of all kinds) and, it would give more reliable "clues" to health professionals who monitor the evolution of our state
