To what extent do some widely debated concepts return to "being on the table"?
Example of some of these concepts:
- The personal brand (Tom Peters)
- Professional cooperation networks (collaboration)
- Teams of people (skills) who come together to carry out projects
- Approach to the projects defined by the people who are part of the work teams (varying according to the projects and people)
- Teams that cease to exist when the project is completed
- Leadership = People with initiative
- Organic structures (how will these competent people be organized?)
To what extent will new concepts related to the approach to work emerge? Saving Changes...
For every naysayer to one of the ones you've listed, there is likely at least one supporter. If they use the concept and find it works, they will promote it to the extent of their sphere of influence.
The Manifesto started with "We are uncovering better ways..." - that does not preclude the likelihood that some of those ways were already known and practiced.

A new idea can be absolutely original, applying existing ideas in other domains, mixing existing ideas and practices, improving existing ideas and practices

I suspect that would be the Agile Manifesto, Luis. The other famous Manifesto starts with "A spectre is haunting Europe..."
