Project management experience for PMP exam

Good day to all.
For applying PMP, PMI mentioned 3 years/4500 hours PM related experience with bachelor degree. Please let me know in my case how it works.
I completed my bachelors degree only on 2009 (Earlier i completed my diploma in the year 2000). Meanwhile I am having around 4 years in software development and around 4 years experience in leading and managing projects. Can I apply with Bachelor's degree category (deem against 3 years experience instead 5 years experience)?
