Why implement a procedure like rescheduling the exam but not supporting it on the website by requesting a rescheduling fee that does not complete the process??

Well and good that PMI has requested all exam takers to rescedule and we understand that this is due to the corona virus.
What does not make sense is that your website programmer is well aware that if one reschedules one can not complete step 2 as rescheduling fees are requested therefore the process can not be completed.
Does this makes sense to anybody out there?
If you implement why do half the job?

I assume either they will waive this in the application for now or if they don't they will reimburse you as they mentioned this clearly that anyone who paid for rescheduling will be reimbursed.

I suggest you call PMI and ask them. They are very responsive or maybe Heather can weigh-in on this.
