CAPM test Vs. PMP test

As the prepartion for both tests PMP and CAPM almost same with a little bit easier in CAPM. Would be ok when preparing for PMP then take advantage same preparation for the CAPM?

No - the PMBOK Guide is the sole reference for the CAPM whereas there are multiple references used to support the PMP exam questions.

I second Kiron's response. PMP is a totally different mountain by itself as most of the questions are scenario based.

Regrading the content online I agree with Kiron.
However I might understanding your question (then Yes) you can and CAPM will easier than PMP.

Is there any reason to take both tests? Wouldn't it be better if you're qualified to take just the PMP test?

Logically, only PMP as it covers CAPM as well.

Just a supposition : if we fail PMP after 3 tries, may CAPM be a back-up solution ?

Probably yes because if someone fails three times it means there not very experienced and are not ready.

What happens after you have answered 1000 questions on the PM challenge?

Does it cycle back to all the questions again?
