Hi all,

Do you know which password shall I fill in the popup window when I try to copy portions of my soft PMBOK copy ?

It does not work when I fill the same password I use to unlock content.
According to what I found on PMI website, I should not need any permission because it is only for my personal need.
"Any personal use for PMI materials that is not shared or distributed to anyone else does not require written permission from PMI for use. "

Thank you.
Have a good day.

...
... or re-download it wth the new password. :)
That works unless it's a previous edition or a standard or practice guide which PMI no longer supports...

It is actually a shame to lock the PDF down to this extent. I would love to highlight sections or take notes on my Ipad however without edit rights it is not possible.

Dear PMI Support Team,

I am a PMI member and have downloaded the PMBOK® Guide – Seventh Edition in PDF format.
I would like to know if there is a way to highlight, underline, or add notes directly to the PDF using the Apple Pencil on an iPad.

Currently, the file appears to be protected, and I am unable to make annotations using common PDF reader apps such as Apple Books, Notability, or GoodNotes.

Could you please advise if there is an authorized method or a recommended app that allows note-taking or highlighting without violating the document’s copyright restrictions?

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Best regards,
Franco
