I am currently writting a Program Management Plan for Enterprise Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Management for a Networking group. Does anyone have experience in this area, examples, etc. that they are willing to share with me? Any help is greatly appreciated.

The DRII methodology is a great place to start. Their website is drii.org. You'll likely want to start with a Risk Assessment and a Business Impact Analysis to determine your recovery metrics, like Recovery Time Objective and Recovery Point Objective. From there, you can document the most important details. Don't forget about the people!

Good luck!

Thanks Aaron. I am Certified with DRII as a CBCP and you are right, their information is great. I am looking for information from someone who has done the practical application and has developed a template or "lessons learned" that are willing to share.
