Cost and warranty time on specific developments

Hello, my company develops specific web products (Java based on MVVM, bd Mysql) for each of our clients. Each development is therefore unique.
We are evaluating how to calculate the warranty (maintenance) of these specific developments once the product is finalized and also over how long this warranty can be applied.
How do you proceed? is this a percentage of the overall cost of the project? How do you calculate the warranty time of this product to offer to our customers? Thanks for your help

There are a couple of influencers for this decision:

1. The quality of the web product, both in terms of meeting requirements but also in terms of ease of use and usability. The higher the perceived quality, the less the need for long or costly warranty periods.
2. The level of investment made by the client. The greater the investment, the greater the interest in "insurance" such as a warranty period.
3. Client expectations - regardless of #1 and #2, your client will have certain expectations which you will want to understand and negotiate around.
