Yesterday, at the PMXPO Conference, we had the opportunity to attend a presentation by Bob Safian: "Lessons of The Most Influential Projects"

Someone in this community knows how to tell me if some of the projects have used agile development approaches.

If so, which one?

Out of the list, I would think that Bitcoin was developed and released using an adaptive approach.

Dear Kiron
Thank you for participating in this reflection and for your opinion

I asked this question once I realized that everyone has the "fever" of agile approaches to projects

As for me, this issue of approaching projects would be resolved if the decision-making process was streamlined and if the people on the teams and the other significant stakeholders participated in all phases of the projects
