I have a project that has been impacted by the COVID-19 Shelter in Place/Evacuation. I have a meeting with our executives on Monday and I would like to include a go-to-green slide in my status report deck. Does anyone have a got to green plan that would look nice on a ppt slide?

Sergio, nice ppt tool, thanks for sharing.

Malissiza, if your question refers to how to return your project to a green status, the answer is it depends. A lot of assumptions are no longer true.

If you can present a decision to make, your executives will prefer this over just seeing one option or even a mere problem description.

In these times it could well be that cancelling the project is the greenest option. Or postponing it, or accelerate it if it still vital for the organization.

So I would show a set of 3-4 options how the future of the project could look like and assess them according to your organization’s success criteria. Which also might have changed.

Thank you for the feedback. Fortunately canceling the project is not an option because it is a critical component of opening a new airport. We are postponing all in-person activities and working remotely as much as possible.

Good luck anyhow.

Given the change in travel I would not be surprised if the business case for a new airport is void.

It’s a risk for your project I would mention.
