Thanks for your quick reply. How well can we apply Agile ways of working in the construction sector? How well can we tailor agile methods to meet the specific demands of the construction industry, as the industry is mostly driven by predictive ways of working? Thank you so much.
Michael, I get this question a lot but the answer to it is lengthy and difficult to put in a comment. Briefly, I would note the following:

1) Agile is not a set of methods but a mindset and approach of which many frameworks and methodologies fall under.

2) The construction industry is not mostly driven by predictive WoW but more Hybrid WoW and this is something you will learn if you go through the PMI-CP courses which goes through agility in the construction industry.

The planning and design phases are mostly agile and while the construction execution itself follows a predictive approach, yet, that’s the bigger picture. There are so many activities during execution which follows an agile approach such as Procurement.
