Hi all

I'm starting to create a section of my blog that will be dedicated to my favourite PM tools that have brought me the most success over the years. I plan to take a deep-dive into each one and then open up for discussion with the community on their thoughts and experiences to help others improve and modify for their own specific circumstances (www.involvd.com/blog).

Done so far:
The Stakeholder Map

Coming tomorrow:
The (humble but not so easy) Project Plan

Coming soon:
Building a shared vision
Fishbone analysis
The 5 whys
Problem Solving Team Building
Team Roles & Responsibilities
Week in the life of
Trading Places
and many many more!

Let me know what you think if you have a moment ...

Hi Nick,
How is Copenhagen this time of year?

In your "Building a Shared Vision" section, are you touching on Project or Programme Roadmaps?

This could also be considered part of people's "Project Plan" activities, as Roadmaps are a great way to communicate project plans quickly and simply, especially to executive or board -level audiences.

Hi Nick

I think this is a great idea, looking forward to reading more about this! Are you thinking of covering any risk analysis tools?
