Requirements Gathering Software

I'm just beginning a search for requirements gathering software - we are trying to break free of the cumbersome spreadsheets we've used all these years. Now we need something highly intuitive and easy to use for PMs, Dev, QA and easy for clients to review and approve.

Any recommendations? Free is good, of course, since this will start as a strawman effort. TIA!

Gatherspace.com for a SAAS entry level tool
Blueprint.com
and SharePoint....

Any others to look at?
