Our internal COP considering project continuity came up with an interesting question. What software tools are currently being used for virtual online, realtime collaboration for co-ordinated design meetings?
We currently use MS TEAMS but are there other interactive tools that could be use to view, circle, notate? Especially with groups of consultants from multiple firms who would normally sit around the table together. Thanks!

I just applied and got a free license for WebEx up to 100 participants. Cisco is giving it away for a limited time. It has all the items that you listed.
It's great for webinars (shameless plug - see my Blue Ocean Workshops on Eventbrite).

Some of our things are moving onto Webex, it's helpful for many participants in that it has a telephone dial-in too. Tried MS Teams but that system had been implemented without a phone dial-in and not everyone was able to call in by PC due to simple problems like lack of microphones.

Most good video conferencing platforms will provide whiteboard capabilities with basic editing/drawing.

If you want something with richer collaboration capabilities, take a look at Miro - I can't say enough good things about it :-)

We used MS Teams too but it demands to have a client installed into each computer. Then, we migrated to Zoom.

Through trial and error I found that MS Teams will work just fine on MS Edge and Chrome browsers. Unfortunately, it does not work on Firefox.
