I have listened to some webinars and no pdu has been reported. Some of these on the twenty-seventh of March. Moreover I have listened to the webinar “ PMXPO 2020: Lessons of The Most Influential Projects” but the latter doesn’t result completed correctly despite I have listened it more than once.
What could be the problem

Hi everyone! Typically the PDU auto-reporting process takes 48-72 hours, however we ask that you always allow 7-10 business days processing time as delays do occasionally occur. With the PMXPO event on 26 March we are now in the process of auto-reporting hundreds of thousands of PDUs. As you can imagine, it's going to take a bit of time. We're still shooting for the 7-10 business day time frame, but if that happens to change, we'll let everyone know!
Thanks!

Thanks Heather. If the credits don't update in time for my PMP renewal (my deadline is 4/10), do they show up backdated so my PMI doesn't lapse?

Hi Heath - As long as the sessions were viewed prior to your renewal date, you'll be fine.

Each time I faced an issue, the easiest thing to do was to contact PMI directly.
Rather promptly, they fixed the problem.
Tanks for your reply Saving Changes...
