I have listened to some webinars and no pdu has been reported. Some of these on the twenty-seventh of March. Moreover I have listened to the webinar “ PMXPO 2020: Lessons of The Most Influential Projects” but the latter doesn’t result completed correctly despite I have listened it more than once.
What could be the problem

I look forward to feedback.

Best regards

You can manually report your PDUs if they are not processed automatically. Make sure you are logged in before viewing webinars, as that can impact the auto processing.

Hi Jessica - To keep records between PM.com and your CCRS transcript in sync, we discourage self-reporting PDUs unless it is stated on the webinar page to do so. It creates less confusion in the long run.

Thank you!
