External and Internal Risk

What are the external and internal risk (generic) that can be listed for each phase ? Few examples would help !

Envisioning
Design
Construction
SIT
UAT
Prod
Warranty & Support

For each phase you can list a lot of risk. The key is the method or technique you use to indentify them. For external, I am using PESTLE analysis and Porter Five Forces. For internal, I am using Tom Peter Seven S Model.

tools like risk checklists for specific industries might help you come up with a starting list, but risk identification is best done using multiple approaches including brainstorming with SMEs, looking at issue logs from similar past projects, assumptions analysis and so on...
