This is Pradeep, I work as BD executive for a PRINCE 2 Compliant PPM tool called PPM Studio.
As a part of my job, I deal with UK & US markets. Being quite successful in my geographies, I thought I would reach you people to fine-tune my process in reaching the right audience by knowing the buying patterns in your markets
What is the general buying pattern in your current co. or past co.?
1. Do you directly purchase a tool from vendor
2. Do you go with consultants who would do the whole home work for you
3. Do you prefer to go with partnered companies (Like you go for a MS partner/reseller than reaching MS directly)
4. And how particular are you about the local presence of the org./ Vendor
5. Any other (please specify)
