Jobs: Renown Community, Very few jobs!

Each Time I search for PM jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed,.. Google etc,. I see million of job opportunities, meaning there is a high demand for PMs in the job market.
Contrarily, on the PMI community space (here for instance), with million professionals interconnected in one way or the other, we see very limited amount of jobs posted.

What explains this?

Not sure that one of the purposes for this community has been job hunting - while there are lots of practitioners here, there aren't that many hiring managers.

I agree with Kiron. PMI has a Job Board were you can check all available vacancies there from their side.
