I am a Sr. Program Mgr for 8 different initiatives that cross over 8 different brands. There are some dependencies across the 8 initiatives and across the brands. My role sits inside the business at the Sr. Leadership level where I report out bi-weekly status of the program and Monthly executive status. The work on the initiatives are being done by the Agile Delivery Streams. I work directly with the Agile Teams to gather status and sit in some of the Agile Program Manager meetings.
