Mostly international project management community is working remotely. What a single tip would you like to give to remote project managers in order to stay productive? Saving Changes...
The single tip I would give project manager is that this ongoing situation is temporary and that at some stage 'thing' will go back to a normal situation so work within your given confines using all the available resources in order to maintain and motivate you team and keeping your projects relevant in the given business environment.

In addition to all the good suggestions given so far, I would like to add that it is very important that the PM plans very well the communication - meetings, emails, etc., and think twice what kind of language uses in the communication. There can easily be big misunderstandings due to, for example, not everyone speaking his/hers mother tongue in the project, and/or when the team comes from different cultural backgrounds. Get on the phone. It is easy to pick up and call and easy for the recipient to receive. I make phone calls and discuss emails that I am about to send to the recipient. I agree that video is good and it requires a few more steps to execute.

Dear Bill, a respectful piece of advice: I have been on the other side, and when someone writes an email and calls to discuss it, it feels like duplicated efforts, time-consuming, and even a disrespectful way of telling me I am not able to understand. I suggest the call and then a summary email, like a minute or recap, to document the conversation.

Besides the normal items that need attention such as collaboration tools Sergio hit the nail on the head, you need to treat it like you would a normal office workday i.e. get up at your normal time, get ready (eat, dress etc.) and get to work. Sure you have more room for flexibility in how and when you do things but in general, do what you would do in the office. Go get coffee, take a smoke break if you smoke etc. Saving Changes...

Establish or revisit working agreements. Recognize not everything has to be 'formal', allow for some open discussions and hallway talk. Reduce meetings to 45-min max, and recommend using video. Also establish some non-work activities such as virtual happy hour, etc.

Reducing time for the meetings is key. We reduced a lot the meetings time. Now the meetings that were 30 min we can do it in 20! Why? because the camera is on and all us are keeping attention.
