Hi All.
I am looking into certifying for agile, do you know of any PMI offered certs and what are you recommendations if you've completed it.
With thanks,
Fatema Saving Changes...
PMI has offered the PMI-ACP since 2014 and there are a number of Disciplined Agile certifications also available since PMI's acquisition of DA in August 2019.
I hold a number of agile certs, but what are you specifically looking for - what type of role are your targeting? Without that, it will be challenging to pick a good option as there are hundreds of agile certs out there...
PMI_ACP certification will be be very good for you.
I see it has a value and there are a lot of good R.E.P.s which providing such training/simulators/prepared exam.

I agree with Kiron and so is the case for me. It also depends on your level of experience at thr moment so maybe you can elaborate more so we can recommend something suitable for you.

Datena,
Like kiron and Rami already told, Agile is an abrangent word all depends of your intentions, expectations.
Probably you can read something about the subject and decide later, unless you are already a practicioner in some area.

As the others have mentioned above. As well, there are options outside of PMI. In your research, what have you learned thus far? The community can help steer or clarify information to help with your decision process. Saving Changes...

Hi everyone here,
Thanks a million for the reply and the suggestions. I agree I left the floor very open; my intentions are something short-term but practical that gives me the exposure to Scrum approaches specifically and facilitation of project teams for medium term projects.
What are your thoughts?
Many thanks,
Fatema

A lot of agile certifications, like the PMI-ACP, assume a certain amount of experience. If you don't have the experience, you'll have to target knowledge-only certifications like CSM or PSM. If you have the money, you can get the CSM by taking a two-day course that includes the exam. That should be short-term enough!
