MVP - Minimum Viable Product

hello, I am a great fan of MVP concept within a project delivery context, knowing reasonably well the risks associated. Lost momentum, incomplete product or a service, unrealistic, customer anxiety to name a few.

However these are benefits as well - speed to market, invaluable customer feedback on what matters the most, helps prioritize resources, no overproduction etc.

Do you use MVP concept in your projects & what has been your experience ?
