MS Project and JIRA Integration

I am trying to export MS Project Tasks and Subtasks to JIRA using a common tool that would allow me to do so. Currently, I tried Ceptah Bridge but its been unable to give me the results I want. Would you recommend any other tool or solution?

Ceptah doesn't create subtasks?

As of Ceptah Bridge 1.2.32, sub-tasks are fully supported for JIRA 4.4 and higher. See the feature list here: http://www.ceptah.com/Bridge/Bridge.aspx.
