Excited to test this Friday, but a little nervous.

Is there a scheduled break during the ACP exam?
Is the 30 minutes prior enough time to get set up?
Any “Gotchas” with taking it from home?

Thank you!

Dave

In PMP, there is 10 min break after 2 hours but you can't go back and review the questions of part I after the break, they will be locked so you will move to part 2.

Not sure if there is a break for the ACP but if there is and the ecam is divided into two parts, I don't really see the value of the break if they are going to not allow you to review the part before the break especially that in my experience, the first half of the exam is a bit tougher than the rest.

I'm considering the online ACP exam too. I'm interested in hearing how it goes. Good luck on the exam.

Good luck for tomorrow's exam, Dave!

Please update this thread with your experience with the online approach as Jared and others would benefit from that.

Yes, Dave, let us know how it goes. We all share our ACP online exam experiences to help the PMP cohort that now can do their exam online, as well.

Thanks all! Got a pop-up that I passed, but nothing else. Will feel better once I get the confirmation for sure!

I guess that's one downside with the online version whereas with the in-person one you walk out of the test center with the piece of paper which confirms you passed.

While it is still fresh in your mind, Dave, please do share your overall thoughts and observations of the exam. For example, was it easier than you expected? Did you have to take the full time? Where there any questions or topics which surprised you? Did you need to take a break? Any technical glitches?

Congrats Dave, happy for you.

Besides what Kiron mentioned, can you share your online experience (i.e. breaks, connectivity, etc).

Thanks

Congratulations, Dave! I barely saw the congratulations on my own screen before I booted to the washroom!

Just found where to get my results. 5 above target. It took me 3 tries to pass the PMP, so this was a surprise for sure.

I would definitely say it's even more application based than what I saw with the PMP. There was virtually nothing that was pure memorization. I was extremely frustrated during the exam, and did not think I passed, but pushed through!

That's hilarious! No proctor-related issues? (I had a few myself, all at my end.)
