you say you want to 'drive behaviors' regarding the use of the new software. I could imaging, the purpose of the new software was not to use it, but something like to improve the work of staff, increase insights of managers, remove admin work, enable communications. I would call these expected benefits from the software (and its usage).
I would ask how much of these benefits are in place - how the software helped so far, but also what improvements are recognized and which behaviors need to change beyond the software use. All of these are best described by stories, situations.
This way also people not yet using the software can recommend something and feel to be heard. I bet most do not so much care about the SW (like you do) but their work.
In a nutshell: refocus from SW use to value created Saving Changes...

I find the best way to obtain feedback is to use a survey. Stakeholders seem more apt to provide feedback when they can do so anonymously. Saving Changes...
