Failure is the key to success. Project Failures and mistakes are the not end of any career; it's how you use what you've learned to improve and succeed. You can take your credential in hand and plan a great future by following these easy steps:

1. Learn from your mistakes and make sure you don't repeat them. Lesson learned or Retrospectives are great ways to capture project lessons learned to be applied to future projects

2. Invest in continuous learning and development. Find a mentor, take an advanced class and keep up with your PDUs.

3. Focus on your soft and hard skills as a PM. You'll grow and develop as a PM with each new project under your belt. Track your progress.

4. Hone your leadership style. Take a leadership class and learn about more about the Five Keys to Leadership Success.
