I wanted to reach out and start a discussion for all of you who mentor others in the Project Management area. I would like to know a few things:
-What is your most proud moment in mentoring?
-How do you prepare for a mentor sessions?
-Any documents you love to refer to when conducting mentoring sessions?

I am new to this, and volunteer my time to help others as they travel through their PM journeys, and would love to hear how others handle these.

Thank you so much!

Like Sergio, my proudest moments are when I can help protégés find their own aha moment. The biggest mentoring challenges are removing oneself from the discussion and helping the protégé think through the situation and solution.

For me, it's seeing someone I mentored get a new job, or succeed in a new project, especially when they didn't think they could. It's about lifting others up :)
