Many organizations have successfully adopted Lean as a precursor to Implementing Digital Initiatives. This helps reduce non-value functions and process maps, while trying to deliver the value proposition in a more efficient and effective manner.

A successful business case in Service based Industry would include Process / Service evaluation to reduce NVA / non-usable designs.
Would it be right to state that Process Spike (similar to technical spike) should be accepted as a Deliverable in Agile initiatives

I wouldn't consider spikes to be deliverables, but rather work items and yes, spikes can focus on different kinds of uncertainty including solution approach, quality requirements, research and so on.

Agile and Lean are not the same. Eliminating waste could be usefull to modifiy one of the components inside the business architecture to gain into agility (System mainly where system is not software system). But Agile is more than that because agile is about to be prepare for unplanned and unpredictable situations. So, why you will transform the enterprise architecture to receive and answer stimuli from the environment by using digital media? That the key in a business case about agile transformation.
