Very interesting project.
It has not become clear to me from the project description:
- what is the target group(s) - children age?
- geographical location - USA(?), or world-wide. You are approaching the world-wide community of projectmanagement.com, and this information can be helpful for volunteers, as well as the scope
- language - based on the previous answer, if this application is to be available world-wide, then may be other languages at later stages can be considered. But it is good to provide some information.
- what kind of skills you are looking for - only developers, or other expertise as well..?

For what it is worth we would have been happy to get participation from anywhere in the world if the person has complimentary skills e.g. project management, marketing or development.
