I would argue that the Orpheus Orchestra is an exception. The typical orchestra is very traditional with rigorous organization structure.
It doesn't mean you can't learn from it, but don't expect to duplicate, keeping in mind that that particular model may not be effective in every (most) situations.
The team members in this orchestra are all highly skilled musicians (not just instrumentalists), are brought into the team knowing the model they are expected to support and have a very specific and common objective.
That's rarely the case in project delivery.
