We use IBM's ClearQuest product for production defect tracking and other enhancement requests to our IT systems (basically using an Agile-like method for managing this backlog in ClearQuest to coordinate monthly releases to the production environment).
However, we use a time tracking tool for entering time against these backlog items that is not integrated with ClearQuest, causing duplicate entry of data (we are required to code time for properly charging our customers). Has anyone integrated ClearQuest with a time tracking software package (or custom solution) to allow delelopers to quickly log time for their effort spent working on items that are tracked in ClearQuest? Any feedback would be appreciated!
