I have been tasked with helping the executives keep track of the ongoing projects and resources at our company. We purchased Primavera awhile back but nothing has been done with it and I'm months away from convincing anyone to use it. In the short term, I'm trying to come up with a portfolio management tool. I have looked at several templates and created a few myself but I'm hoping someone has something thats "tried, tested and true" and could share it with me.
