Hello guys,

I just finished a training/online course in PMI's LMS.
I just got surprised that the provided diploma is a medium quality regular web page (hard to print full page in A4 printers or to produce a pdf). I believe that a high quality diploma in pdf should be provided.

Do you know to whom I could forward this feedback?

Hi Joao,
In addition to your problem, I faced additional ones with the online training for Agile in the PMO, the drag and drop does not work on some of the exercises, including final test, and it is not possible to complete the course.
I sent an email to the PMI customer service, as I could not find any support on the LMS. I received a standard reply that they will look into suggestions for improvements from members and non-members for future improvements of the course.
Nothing about even a workaround how to complete the course.
If you find another way to report issues, let me know.

Hi Milena,

Your issue sounds worse than mine...
PMI should put a bigger focus on improving the quality of its paid products on LMS, increasing the value delivered to the members.

Thanks for your inputs!

I usually save my PDF certificates, without printing them. I suspect the resolution quality is a function of the software package they use.

Hi Stéphane,

Nowadays it's not a PDF, but plain html...

The pdf could produce a better solution

Bummer! Have you ever tried https://www.ilovepdf.com/?

I use it mostly for splitting and merging PDF. It also has an HTML to PDF conversion. Perhaps that and its other tools can get you what you want?
