Anyone utilizing SharePoint to track IT Test Scripts?

We are currently utilizing project sites in SharePoint to manage projects (blog, docs, issues etc.) and would like to begin tracking our test scripts there as well. Are others doing this as well and if so how do you structure the test scripts in SharePoint? For instance, are multi-step scripts such as Order to Cash listed as one items that is sequentially passed along to different testers or is each step listed as a separate SharePoint item? How are scripts refreshed for new testing cycles? Saving Changes...
