The diagram is useful but if you want it to really take off I think that you will have to update so that it aligns with PRINCE2 2009 version - not dramatically different but sufficient to see that the diagram was doen agains the earlier version e.g project mandate is longer an official management product - it just informs the project brief, various plans are now referred to as strategies e.g. communications managements strategy, risk management strategy, quality management strategy, configuration management strategy Saving Changes...
