I am staring this thread for opinions, suggestions regarding challenges and possibilities to start a new project, managing kickoff,
Resource allocation, building and developing new project team.
I am sure that you may experience some difficulties when starting a project remotely. But we have ample applications which help you to manage the remote working and communication at ease.
I would also like to suggest to have a face to face communication through Skype, Teams, zoom, etc. with the team member to have better results.
