According to PMBOK 6th Edition,

I could't figure out where does the goods or services which obtained from outside the project go? deliverables isn't an output of control procurement process !

It really depends on the nature of those goods & services - it is context-specific. For example, if we are procuring some consultant staff, then they would just join the team. If we are procuring parts or materials, they would be consumed by the team. If we have a final deliverable provided by a third-party to us, then we'd likely go into Control Quality to review them and turn them into verified deliverables and then pass them on to our customer via the Validate Scope process.

It does matter? Not at all. It does not matter the place except for your process.Or you are asking because a question to prepare for PMP exam?.

Now I understood. Let me say: you will not find any link. "Linked" means project life cycle and the PMBOK do not follow neither recomended some of them. My piece of advaice is reading and understanding the Content Outline document that will help on that and it is the basement for creating the exam questions.
