Project managers had to coordinate with lot of internal stakeholders - there are times where the PM's are required to pull them together for effective outcome and unlock the challenges... working from remote add lot of stress on the individuals... What are the ways to get this moving smooth?

The best way to deal with such coordination is to differentiate between decision making and information sharing.

Decision making items should be discussed over conference calls. Information sharing of non-decision items can done intermittently and any queries on the information shared can be asked on the calls. That way, the amount of time you spend on calls and thereby the stress levels will reduce.

Thank you Tejas ji.. much appreciated!.

Team's online is primarily being used for sharing or keeping the up to date post .. the way how i linked the team is all by creating virtual group or room for the project specific team to share more real time actions and updates.
Meetings - i am trying to minimize as it is taking everyone's time except those that need decision making with the core audience.

I still somehow feel that i am missing something , and need to improve on

This topic has been discussed frequently over the past couple of months in this group so you may wish to review the previous discussions.

A PM doesn't change the underlying principles or purpose behind what they do, but they will need to adjust the "what" and "how" to be more effective when dealing with remote stakeholders.

What´s the difference between work remotelly or work in a building with people you do not see along the work day because they are distributed? That´s all you need to ask yourself.
