Completed survey; I'm glad someone's researching this. Proliferating technologies, constantly changing team compositions, and ever-more-volatile requirements are making estimation harder and harder. IMO we'll never solve the "estimation problem" by making more accurate estimates. We'll only solve it by making better *decisions* and not running projects using methodologies that require accurate estimates in order to succeed.
